How the Supplier-Supported Brochure Program Works | District Publishing

A Fully Managed Brochure Program

Built Around Your Business

District Publishing manages the entire program — vendor outreach, advertising sales, content writing, design, printing, delivery, and a digital flipbook hosted for three years. Here is exactly how the process works from program launch through delivery.

Step 1

Provide Four Items to Start Your Project

Every program begins with four items from you: a signed Publishing Agreement, your company letterhead in digital format, your approval of the vendor introductory letter, and a complete vendor list with contact information. Once those materials are received, our administrative team will process your paperwork and prepare your file for the next step.

Step 2

Meet Your Dedicated Account Executive

A meeting is scheduled between your team and your DP Account Executive. This conversation covers your business, your vendor relationships, and the type of finished piece you want to create — so the outreach effort is shaped around your specific market from day one.

Step 3

We Contact Your Vendors on Your Behalf

Your Account Executive reaches out directly to the vendors on your list — introducing the program, presenting the advertising opportunity, and managing all follow-up and communication. District Publishing collects advertising details and artwork from participating vendors. You receive regular progress updates throughout.

Step 4

Content Is Gathered and Your Project Enters Production

About halfway through the vendor sales process, your Account Executive requests your company biography questionnaire, photos, and any available marketing materials. Once vendor sales are complete and all materials are submitted, our Production Manager sends a “Welcome to Production” email, and your brochure enters the production phase.

Step 5

Review and Approve Your Full-Color Proof

A dedicated Graphic Designer is assigned to your project and delivers an initial full-color proof. You review the design, provide feedback, and work through revisions until the brochure is exactly right. You retain full creative control — and your designer brings agency-level experience to every page.

Step 6

Receive Your Printed Brochures and Digital Flipbook

After final approval, District Publishing coordinates all printing and delivery. Every completed program includes a minimum of 1,000 printed copies with complimentary shipping, plus a professionally hosted interactive digital flipbook you can share by email, embed on your website, and present at trade shows.
